The app displays Identitek websites in an embedded web view and may provide links to contact or other services. Website availability and app features may change during active development. Service descriptions and deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements.

Fees, payment arrangements, and any applicable interest or charges are set out in the accepted quote, invoice, or written service agreement. This general page does not create an online payment arrangement.

4. Limitation of Liability

Any liability, warranties, remedies, and exclusions are subject to the accepted written agreement and applicable law. This summary does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Cancellation and termination arrangements are set out in the accepted quote or written service agreement and remain subject to applicable law.

6. Store orders and stock checks

Adding products to a basket or sending an order request does not confirm stock or create a completed sale. We will check stock availability and contact you by WhatsApp or email to confirm availability, courier costs, and payment arrangements. No card payment is currently taken through the store. A sale is confirmed only after the details are agreed with you.

The Identitek app provides an in-app view of Identitek websites, including identitek.co.za and identitek.store. Website content, product availability, service details, and features may change. Store orders are requests only; stock, courier costs, and payment arrangements must be confirmed with IDENTITEK Pty Ltd.

2. Links and communications

Links to WhatsApp, email, phone, or other external services may open the corresponding application on your device. Those services are operated by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms and privacy notices. The app does not guarantee that an external app is installed or that an external service will be available.

3. App data and permissions

The app requires an internet connection to display the websites. Client/company records, service tickets, notes, attachments, client-registration fields (including the password field), and app preferences may be stored in local app preferences on the device. This in-house test app does not encrypt that local data or synchronize it to a secure Identitek business database; it is not a production account or credential-management system. Use test-only data and disposable test passwords—never real or reused passwords, payment-card data, or highly sensitive information. Anyone with access to the device or its app data may be able to view locally stored information. Protect your device and back up any records you need to keep. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may remove locally stored records. The app does not request device location, camera, or microphone access for its website-viewing function. Information submitted through an embedded website is handled as described in this Privacy Policy and the relevant website forms.

The app and websites are under active development and may be updated, changed, interrupted, or withdrawn. Do not rely on the app as the sole copy of information you need to retain. Applicable consumer and privacy rights are not limited by this notice.
